Planning Ahead: Holiday Schedules

One of the most powerful things you can do for your phone system is set up your holiday schedule at the start of the year and let it run on autopilot. BEK can program your holiday closures in advance for the entire year, so you never have to scramble at the last minute.

To get started, simply send your list of closed holidays, along with any other scheduled office closure days, to support@bektel.coop. From there, you can choose between a generic holiday greeting or a custom recorded message that fits your business’s voice and style.

If you’d rather handle holidays one at a time, be sure to send your request at least 48 business hours before the holiday so we have time to get everything set up. Recording your greeting is easy. You can either send us your script, and we’ll have it professionally recorded for you, or you can record it yourself by calling 475-1363.
