Attention high school students across BEK’s cooperative service area—an extraordinary opportunity awaits! The Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) invites you to apply for the 2026 Youth Tour, an unforgettable educational adventure taking place June 1-5, 2026 in Washington, D.C.
Since 1995, the FRS Youth Tour has introduced thousands of rural students to our nation’s capital, showing how rural broadband and telecommunications keep communities like ours connected to the rest of the world. This program offers far more than sightseeing; it gives students the chance to share their rural perspectives with lawmakers, regulators, and industry leaders shaping America’s digital future.
