SmartHub Payments Temporarily Unavailable Dec. 1-8

As we head into a busy holiday season, we want to make sure all BEK members are aware of an important upcoming system change. The software we use to securely manage customer information and complete monthly billing is receiving a major upgrade. This improvement will strengthen reliability, streamline internal processes, and help us continue delivering the high-quality service you count on every day.
Because of this upgrade, SmartHub, our online customer portal, will be temporarily unavailable for making payments from December 1 through December 8. During this short window, members will not be able to submit online payments, view billing statements, or adjust payment methods inside SmartHub. If you use SmartHub for AutoPay, BEK will run those payments on December 2nd, so you won’t need to worry about any delays during the upgrade.
Your service will not be affected, and you will still have several easy options for making a payment during the upgrade week. Members may:
- Mail a payment to BEK Communications Cooperative
- Drop off a payment at any BEK office location
- Call our team for assistance during regular business hours
Once the upgrade is complete, invoices will be much easier for customers to understand.
We appreciate your patience as we complete this important system enhancement. Upgrades like this ensure BEK continues to provide dependable, modern tools for our members.
